This website is operated by Riverway Therapy, located at 236 Worthington St. W., Suite 100, North Bay, Ontario. In these terms, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Riverway Therapy, and “you” refers to anyone who visits or uses this site.

The content on this website is for general information only. It isn’t counselling, therapy, diagnosis or medical advice, and it isn’t a substitute for care from a qualified professional who knows your situation.

Visiting this site, sending us a message or filling out our contact form does not make you a client or create a therapeutic relationship. That relationship begins only once you’ve completed intake and consent with Riverway.

This website, our email and our contact form are not monitored for emergencies. Please don’t use them to reach us in a crisis.

• Online booking: appointments are booked online through Jane, our secure booking system, or through the booking tool on this site. When you use these tools, their own terms and privacy policies also apply.
• Our policies: fees, cancellations, payment and confidentiality are covered in our Client Policies, which apply once you book with us.
• Services and availability: the services described on this site may change over time. A service listed on our website doesn’t guarantee that appointments are currently available.
• Canine-assisted therapy: this isn’t part of every session. Whether a canine helper joins a session depends on the client and the goals of the work, and we always talk it through with you first. Please contact Riverway if you have questions.

We work to keep this website accurate and up to date, but details such as fees, services, direct billing programs and availability can change. We may update the site at any time without notice. Before making a decision based on information you’ve read here, please contact us to confirm the details are current.

The text, photos, logo and design on this website belong to Riverway Therapy or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright.
